Co-written with B. C. Havens, this paper details the path that the Houston Community College System Libraries have taken in their attempt to provide library services to distance education students. It is slated for publication in the Volume 2, Issue 3 of The Journal of Library and Information Services in Distance Learning, appearing in late 2005.
